Every single track shoe undergoes through hardening procedures via the spray quenching method, followed by tempering processes. These treatments are appropriate for track links with a pitch ranging from 101mm to 260mm.
Our track shoes come in various specifications, spanning from the standard version to the highly wear - resistant one. This wide range ensures that we can satisfy all the diverse requirements of our customers.
We are capable of manufacturing both cast and forged track shoes. These are applicable in mining operations and other special working environments.
The track shoes are crafted from a special alloy boron steel material. After undergoing proper heat treatment, they are able to endure bending forces and high - wear conditions in any working scenario.
