We have a good quality management team and our quality assurance system starts from the stage of designing, incoming material checking, in-process quality control to finished product quality check. Laboratory tests on each process are conducted to ensure the achievement of quality in our products.
Our QC laboratory is equipped with various testers for mechanical properties of the raw material and finished goods, such as three-dimensional scan machine, tension and torsion inspection machine, flaw detection machine, CMM machines, Microscoping machines, phase diagram analyzer, spectrometer etc. All these testers are used to ensure the right specifiions for all the incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods. Our production processes(especially the heat treatment) can be further improved and refined by the introduction of these testers.
Most of our products are subject to through hardening process with spray quenching technique and tempering process. Similar to track rollers machining processes, all sprocket rims, idlers and segment groups are produced in advance machining center and vertical CNC turning machine for precision requirements. All those components have gone through hardening or One-shot hardening processes to ensure homogeneous hardness and toughness.
